1 tbsp Besan
For paste---
2 green Chilli
1 inch Ginger piece
2 tbsp boiled Peas
7-8 Garlic cloves
1 cup grated Carrot
1/2 cup chop Onion
1/2 cup chop Capsicum
1/2 cup Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Oil for greaseing mould
Butter for brush cakes
How to make Savoury semolina vegetable cakes
TAKE SUJI IN A BOWL
ADD BESAN AND 1/2 CUP WATER
MIX THEM
ADD 1/2 CUP CURD AND MIX ALL OF THEM.REMOVE LUMPS LEAVE IT FOR 10 MIN.
FOR PASTE ADD CHILLI,GINGER,GARLIC AND PEAS AND MAKE PASTE IN MIXI
TAKE SUJI MIX ADD CARROT
CAPSICUM AND ONION
ADD GRINDED PASTE
THEN MIX ALL OF THEM
NOW ADD BAKING POWDER,BAKING SODA AND SALT
IF BATTER IS VERY THICK ADD LITTLE WATER
TAKE MOULD AND GREASE IT AND POUR BATTER IN MOULDS
BAKE THEM AT 180 DEGREE FOR 25 MIN.
OUR SAVOURY VEGETABLE SEMOLINA CAKES ARE READY
BUTTER THEM AND SPRINKLE FLAKES
SERVE HOT WITH SAUCE
