1 cup Besan
1 /2 cup Curd
1/2 cup Water
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp Haldi
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1/2 tsp whole Coriander seeds
Pinch of Hing
1 dry Red Chilli
Coriander leaves
For tadka--
1 tsp Ghee
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
For Jeera rice---
3 cup boiled Rice
2 tsp Ghee
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Salt

HEAT OIL
ADD CORIANDER SEEDS,RAI,JEERA,FENUGREEK SEEDS
HING AND CURRY LEAVES
ADD RED CHILLI WHISK BESAN ,CURD,WATER AND ADD IN OIL
STIR AND COOK
ON SLOW FLAME
ADD SALT AND HALDI
FOR TADKA HEAT GHEE ADD RAI AND LASTLY ADD RED CHILLI AND POUR YPON KADHI
FOR JEETA RICE ADD GHEE AND HEAT IT
ADD JEERA
WHEN JEERA SPLUTTER ADD RICE
ADD SALT AND MIX
FINELY
ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
AND MIX
SERVE JEERA RICE WITH LADHI AND SALAD
