TAKE GRATED LAUKI,FLOUR AND SUJI IN A BOWL ADD CURD

HALDI,MIRCHI AND SALT

SUGAR,SEASME SEEDS

CHILLI AND GARAM MASALA

CORIANDER LEAVES

AND OIL

TAKE WATER AND MAKE A DOUGH

LEAVE IT FOR 15 MIN.

HEAT OIL ADD JEERA

AND HING

ADD ONION AND SAUTE

THEN ADD BOIL POTATO

AND GREEN CHILLI

AND COOK THEM

ADD TOMATO

AND PEAS COOK THEM

ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND MIX

ADD SALT ,CHILLI POWDER AND HALDI

AND AMCHUR POWDER

OUR STUFFING IS READY

THEN DEVIDE DOUGH IN EQUAL PARTS AND ROLL DOWN CUT WITH CUTTER AND COOK

ADD OIL AND COOK FROM BOTH SIDE

OUR THEPLAS ARE READY

NOW TAKE ONE THEPLA AND APPLY GREEN CHUTNEY ON IT

TAKE STUFFING AND SPREAD UPON IT AND COVER WITH OTHER THEPLA

SERVE WITH MAYO, GARLIC CHUTNEY AND FRUITS

GARNISH WITH POMEGRANATE SEEDS AND CORIANDER LEAVES
