About Tandoori momos Recipe
Tandoori momos is a version of momos.generally we use to have steamed momos but tea time it is more delightful to have tandoori momos.you are just going to love them.
Ingredients to make Tandoori momos
2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Jeera
1/2 cup chop Onion
2 tbsp Capsicum
1/2 cup grated Carrot
1/2 cup chopped beans
1/2 cup chopped Cabbage
1 green Chilli
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp Haldi
1/2 tsp red Chilli powder
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp green Chilli sauce
1 tsp sauce
Pepper powder
For dough---
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Oil
Water as required
For marination---
1 cup Curd
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Haldi
1 tsp red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Jeera powder
1/2 tsp garam Masala
1/2 tsp chaat Masala
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Pepper powder
1 tsp mustard Oil
Oil for shallow fring of momos
How to make Tandoori momos
HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD JEERA
AND ONION ,SAUTE AND ADD CAPSICUM
NOW ADD CARROT AND BEANS
COOK THEM AND ADD CABBAGE
NOW ADD SALT,HALDI,RED CHILLI
1 TSP VINEGAR
1 TSP SOYA SAUCE
1 TSP GREEN CHILLI SAUCE
AND 1 TSP TOMATO SAUCE
ADF PPEPPER AND MIX ALL OF THEM
OUR MOMOS STUFFING IS READY
TAKE FLOUR AND SALT
ADD OIL AND REQUIRED WATER MAKE DOUGH
KNEAD DOUGH
TAKE A BALL OF DOUGH AND ROLL DOWN
CUT WITH A ROUND CUTTER
AND STUFF FILLING IN IT
SEAL SIDINGS LIKE KACHAURI AND SHAPE MOMO
PREPARE ALL LIKE THIS
AND STEAM FOR 20 MIN IN STEAMER
TILL THEN MAKE MARINATION ADD SALT IN CURD
HALDI,RED CHILLI POWDER,JEERA POWDER,LEMON JUICE,GARAM MASALA
MUSTARD OIL AND MIX
ADD MOMOS
ROLL IN MARINATION
COAT THEM AND LET THEM MERINATE FOR 15 MIN.
HEAT OIL IN PAN
AND SHALLOW FRY MARINATED MOMOS
SERVE WITH ONION RINGS AND GREEN CHUTNEY
AND GARLIC CHUTNEY
ENJOY DELICIOUS TANDOORI MOMOS
