I am presenting vanilla pana cotta with mango sauce and fruits with strawberry compote.
Ingredients to make Vanila panacotta with mango sauce and fruits with strawberry compote
For vanila panna cotta---
2 cup Cream
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp agar agar powder
1 /2 tsp vanila essence
For Mango sauce---
Puree of 1 Mango
1/4 cup Sugar
1 /4 cup Cream
Strawberry compote----
5-6 strawberries
1 /4 cup Sugar
Fruits---
Grapes and apple and Pomegranatepearls
How to make Vanila panacotta with mango sauce and fruits with strawberry compote
Vanilla panacotta--
Take cream and sugar in pan and heat them on slow flame
Mix agar agar in water
When sugar dissolve add agar agar
Stir it and cook for 1 min.
Let it cool add essence
Take mould and pour it
Keep in freeze for 2-3 hours for set
For mango sauce---
Make puree of mango
Add sugar and put on heat
Stir till sugar melt
Add cream and mix
Turn off gas our sauce is ready
Strawberry compote---
Chop strawberries
Add sugar and strawberries in pan
Cook them till strawberries become soften
Add 1/4 tsp lemon juice
And pinch of salt
Serving--
Take serving plate and spread strawberry compote
Demould panna cotta on it
Pour mango sauce upon it
Garnish with fruits
