HEAT OIL AND ADD JEERA



WHEN SPLUTTER ADD ONION AND SAUTE



ADD BEANS AND COOK



AND GRATED CARROT



RED,GREEN AND YELLOW CAPSICUM



COOK AND ADD BOILED CORN



AND BOILED PEAS



MIX THEM AND COOK ADD SALT



CORIANDER POWDER



AND PEPPER POWDER OUR STUFFING IS READY



TAKE FLOUR IN BOWL



ADD SALT ,OIL AND WATER MAKE A DOUGH



TAKE A BALL FROM DOUGH AND OIL IT KEEP ASIDE FOR 15 MIN.



NOW ROLL DOWN A BALL OF DOUGH



CUT IN ROUND WITH COOKIE CUTTER



ROLL ONE MORE AND CUT IN SAME SIZE FOR ONE SAMOSA WE NEEDS TWO ROUNDS



PUT STUFFING IN CENTER



AND COVER WITH OTHET ROUND



TAKE A SMALL LID AND MAKE A MARK



TAKE A KNIFE AND MAKE FOUR CUTS IN CENTER FROM MARK TO EDGE



THEN AGAIN CUT BETWEEN TWO CUTS AND AGAIN CUT IN CENTER OF TWO CUTS THEN WE GOT 16 CUT
