Avacado parantha with walnut and grapes raita

Avocado is a super food with full of nutrients.we must take it because it is incredibly nutritious.avacado is loaded with fiber and fiber can have various important benefits for weight loss and metabolic health.here I make avocado parantha with walnut and grapes raita.

Ingredents---
1/2 avocado
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 green chilli paste
1/2 cup chop mint coriander leaves
1/2 lemon juice
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp carron seeds
1/4 tsp haldi

For walnut and grapes raita----
1/2 cup curd
2 tbsp grapes
2 tbsp walnuts
Salt as per taste
Jeera powder
Red chilli powder
1 tsp Sugar
Mint for garnish

Method---
Peel and mash avocado
Add all spices and ginger garlic paste
Add green chilli paste and lemon juice
Take 1 cup wheat flour and make a dough
Leave it for 10 min.then roll down and make paranthe
Cook on non stick tava in less oil

For raita---
Take curd in bowl and whisk
Chop grapes and walnuts
Add them in curd
Add salt and sugar
Sprinkle jeera
And red chilli powder
