Avocado is incredibly nutritious.It is loaded with heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids,loaded with fiber.It is a super food.They contain more potassium then bananas which should support blood pressure levels.most importantly avocado is high in fiber and fiber can have various important benefits for weight loss and metabolic health.As we all know that cornflex ,honey,almonds, nuts, fruits all are healthy so I am presenting here a healthy breakfast platter
Ingredents---
1avacado
2 red and two yellow cherry tomato
1 jalapeño
Salt, pepper,flakes and mayo
1 sandwich bread
Ingredients for parfait-
2 tbsp cornflakes
2 tbsp honey
1/2chop banana
1/2 chop apple
1/2 cup curd
2 tbsp mix nuts
1 tsp strawberry crush
Cherry for garnish
Roasted almonds to serve with
Method--
Roast bread in ovan
Mash avocado and spread it on toast
Add cherry tomatoes and jalapeños
Sprinkle salt , pepper and flakes
Fizzle mayo on top
For parfait---
Take serving glas add cornflakes or muslie
Add curd then honey
Make next layer with fruits
Again cornflakes,curd and honey
I topped with orange chia seeds cake crumble so I top with it
And garnish with cherry
Serve with roasted almonds
And our healthy,fulfilling ,energetic breakfast is ready to serve
