Oats and semolina lolipop with banana oatmeal smoothie
Ingridents---for lolipops
1 cup oats
1/2 cup suji
1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
1 tbsp grated carrot
2 tbsp fine choop onion
2 tbsp grated paneer
1 green chilli
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp curd
2 tbsp cornflour
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp flakes
Coriander leaves
Oil for shallow frying
For smoothie----
1 banana
1/2 cup oats
1.5 tsp honey
2 tsp peanut butter
1 glass almond milk
Method---lolipops
Add oats in mixi and grind
Take it in bowl mix all veggies
Add suji cornflour and curd
Mix all spices and combined them
Take a greased tray and set all mixture in it
Keep in freeze for 20 min.
Cut them in desired shape
And shallow fry them
Insert sticks in all of them
Garnish with coriander leaves
Smoothie--
In a blender add everything and blend finely until smooth.
Pour mixture in glasses
Garnish with chocochip cookie and choclate sauce
Serve with our healthy lolipops
