Rainbow rava dhokla (pen)

Ingredents---
1 cup suji
1/4 cup besan
1 cup curd
1 tsp salt
1 tbspp sugar
2 tsp oil
1/4 cup beet puree
1/4 cup palak puree
1/4 cup carrot puree
1/4 cup purple cabbage puree
1/4 tsp haldi
1sachet of eno
For tempering---
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp mustard seeds
10 curry leaves
5 green chillies
Coriander leaves
Sesame seeds
Method---
Take suji and besan in a bowl
Ass salt ,sugar and oil
Add curd and mix all of them finely
Keep it for 20 min.
Make puree of all vegetables
Devide battar in six parts
And add different purees in different battar
Add salt and 1/2 tsp eno in every battar
Now grease dhokla tray
And pour one by one
And steam it for 20 min.
Let it cool then unmould it
Make tempering and pour tadka on dhokla
Cut in desired shape and serve
Sprinkle sesame seeds and coriander leaves
