#Biryani galette

Ingredents---
1 cup flour
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup beetroot puree
1/2 cup biryani
1 tsp black and white sesame seeds
Milk for milk wash
1 tbsp butter

Method---
Add yeast in lukewarm water add sugar leave it for 10 min.
Make puree of beetroot
Take flour salt add yeast and make dough with beetroot puree.
And knead it for 7 min. Keep covered at warm place till double
When it doubles roll down down
Add biryani in center and top with bell peppers and tomato
Now life all sides and make a wall in round.
Brush with milk sprinkle sesame seeds
Bake for 20 min.at 180 degree
Serve hot with sauce.
