Chana daal papri chaat | How to make Chana daal papri chaat


Ingredients to make Chana daal papri chaat


Flour 1 cup


Salt


Ghee 1 tablespoon


Jeera 1 teaspoon


Boiled Chana daal 1 cup


Garlic paste 1 teaspoon


Garam Masala 1 teaspoon


Red Chilli powder 1 teaspoon


Salt


Oil1 teaspoon


Imli chutney


Green chutney


Sev bhujiya


Coriander leaves


Pomegranate seeds


How to make Chana daal papri chaat

Take one cup flour in a bowl



Add jeera and salt



Add ghee and rub with fingers in flour



Make a dough divide in two parts



Then take one part and roll down



Prick it with fork



Take round cookie cutter and cut small rounds



Ready all rounds of dough



Grease baking tray and preheat oven



Bake on 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes



Heat oil and add garlic paste



Then add boiled dal



Add salt and chilli powder



Mix all of them and cook



Add lemon juice and make it dry Because we are going to make chaat of it



Take papri and add chana dal over it then imli chutney



Then add green chutney



Sprinkle sev bhujiya and garnish with pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves



Now our papri chaat is ready



Serve and enjoy
