Coconut choclate laddu and burfi | How to make Coconut laddu and burfi

Ingredients to make Coconut laddu and burfi

1/2 tbsp Ghee GheeSuji one fourth cup200 ML MILKHalf cup white chocolate2 tablespoon Sugar1 cup Coconut powder1/4 tsp Vanilla essence2 drops orange colour2 drops green colourSilver foil1 tbsp Almond flakes

How to make Coconut laddu and burfi

Heat pan and add ghee

Chop white choclate

Take suji and add in it

Stir continuously and roast it

When it turns in pink colour add milk

And sugar

Add choclate and turn of gas

Stir it and Let it melt

Now put again on gas

And add coconut powder

And vanilla essence

Stir till thickens

Transfer it in plate and let it cool

Now devide it in 3 parts

Add green colour in one part

Add orange colour in 2 nd part

And remain as it is third part

First take green part and spread it on on flat surface

Shape it in rectangle

Then take white part and set it upon green

Lastly add orange part and top it upon white

All you can spread with your fingers

Cut in desired shape

Add silver foil and garnish with almonds

After cutting in fancy shape make laddu with remaining mix
