TAKE 3/4 CUP BAAJRA AATA IN A BOWL

ADD 1/2 CUP SUJI

AND 1 CUP CURD

MIX ALL OF THEM

NOW CHOP VEGETABLES CAPSICUM,ONION,TOMATO,SALT,FLAKES AND OREGANO

ADD GINGER PASTE,SALT,FLAKES IN UTTAPAM BATTAR

AND MIX ALL OF THEM

HEAT UTTAPAM PAN ,GREASE IT AND ADD BATTAR

NOW ADD CAPSICUM

TOMATO AND ONION PRESS THEM LITTLE

LET THEM COOK AND ADD LITTLE OIL

FLIP THEM AND COOK FROM OTHER SIDE
