Healthy Lauki squares(per)

Ingredents---
1 cup besan
3 btao suji
1 tap Salt
1 tap red chilli powder
1/2 tap haldi
1 tap garam masala
1/4 tap carrom seeds
1 thap lemon juice
1 to finger paste
Coriander leaves
1 cup grated lauki
2 chopped green chilli
1 cup water
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp hing
2 tbsp oil for shallow frying
Method----
Take besan suji in a bowl
Add all other ingredients
And spice
Mix all of them
By addon water make thick battar
Heat pan add oil
Add jeera,rai and hing
Add battar and cook
Stir continiously
When it will ready it will leave pan
Grease a tray
Transfer mix in tray and set evenly
Let it cool and set for some time
Then cut into square
Heat pan and shallow fry them by adding oil
Make crispy and serve with sauce
