TAKE A PAN AND ADD DAAL

COOK IT IN MEDIUM FLAME AND REGULAR STIR IT

NOW ADD CHILLI AND CORIANDER LEAVES

NOW ADD SOME SALT AND CHILLI POWDER OR GARAM MASALA BECAUSE DAAL ALSO HAVE LOT OF FLAVOURS AND MASALAS

MIX ALL OF THEM AND COOK TILL IT BECOME THICK

NOW TAKE MAIDA IN A BOWL ADD OIL AND SALT

ADD CARROM SEEDS

AND WITH WATER MAKE DOUGH

LEAVE IT FOR 10 MIN..THEN FILL WITH DAAL MASALA

AND MAKE KACHAURIS

PREHEAT OVAN AND GREASE BAKING TRAY

GREASE KACHAURIS ALSO BAKE THEM FOR 25 MIN ON 180 DEGREE

OUR KACHAURIS ARE READY

SERVE THEM WITH IMLI AND GREEN CHUTNEY

WE CAN FRY THEM BUT WE BAKE THEM SO THESE ARE HEALTHY ALSO
