Puliyogare | How to make Puliyogare

Ingredients to make Puliyogare

4 cup cooked Rice1 small ball of Tamarind2 tbsp Jaggery1/2 cup Peanuts3 tbsp puliyogare powder1 tbsp Oil1 tbsp Mustard Seeds1/4 tsp Hing1 tbsp Chana daal10 Curry Leaves2 dry Red ChilliSalt as per taste1 tbsp seasme seeds

How to make Puliyogare

Soak tamarind ball in water

And sieve it

Add jaggery in water and cook till dissolve

Sieve it and keep aside

Heat kadhai and add tamarind paste

Add jaggery in it and cook till little thick

Add salt,hing and puliyogare powder and mix

In other pan for tadka heat oil

Add mustard seeds and red chilli

Add peanuts and chana daal

Roast them and add curry leaves

And sesame seeds on low heat

Turn off gas

Add tadka in tamarind paste

Add boiled rice and mix properly

Serve hot with curd

My Tip:

Can make it's powder ,i use readymade
