HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND ONION SAUTE THEM AND ADD MIX VEGETABLES AND CABBAGE COOK THEM

ADD SPICES EXCEPT GARAM MASALA

ADD SWEET POTATO

AND MIX

ADD GARAM MASALA

ADD CORIANDER LEAVES

NOW TAKE A BALL OF DOUGH AND ROLL DOWN DOUGH

PUT IT ON ROUND PURI MOULD TAKE ONE SPOON FILLING AND FILL IN IT

NOW CLOSE THIS AND PRESS REMOVE EXTRA DOUGH AND YAKE OUT PURI FROM MOULD

HEAT OIL AND FRY THEM CRISPY

OUR MASALA FILLED PURIS ARE READY FOR BREAKFAST

SERVE WITH GREEN AND GARLIC CHUTNEY
