Wrap with instant shezwan paneer tikka(per)

Ingredents----
2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Water as required
1 tbsp oil
1 cup paneer cubes
1 cup capsicum cubes
1 cup onion cubes
6 cloves of minced garlic
1 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp shezwan sauce
Salt as per taste
Oil for cooking wrap

Method---
Take flour,salt,pepper and a little water
Whisk and mix finely
Now add water and make thin battar
Keep it for 10 min.to set it
Heat oil in pan add ginger paste and garlic
add onion and capsicum
Stir fry them and add shrawan sauce,salt and pepper
Add paneer cubes and mix all of them
Actually toss them
Add coriander leaves
Now take a piping bag and fill flour battar in it
Make a very small cut
Heat pan and grease it with oil
Now pipe battar in strips and then horizontal means make jali
And let it cook
Add paneer mix in corner ln lengthwise and fold flour jali carefully and make wrap
Serve with chutney,sauce
