Ingredients to make Khandvi Lasagna

Besan 1cupCurd 1cup mixed with 1cup Water2 drops of Lemon juice2 tsp Ginger green chilli paste1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1 pinch of HingSalt1 tsp Mustard Seeds3 tsp Oil1/4 spoon Hing5-6 Curry Leaves2 Green Chillies finelly choppedGrated Coconut 2 tspGrated Carrot 2 tbsGrated beetroot 2 tspCoriander leavesCoriander chutneyGarlic chutneyCherry TomatoLettuce leaves

How to make Khandvi Lasagna

Combine besan, curd, water and mix salt, hing, ginger chilli paste, haldi and make batter.whisk it well so that there are no lumps

Cook on a slow flame while stirring continuously till it becomes thick.

Grease a Thali on the reverse side and spread spoonful of the batter on Thali and wait for a while then cut squares of three sizes. Prepare khandvi with the remaining batter

First take largest piece of khandvi and spread green chutney on it and spread beetroot, salt pepper over it.then layer it with another piece and spread garlic chutney on it then spread carrot with salt pepper and then layer it with the smallest piece and garnish with coconut.

Tempering- heat oil, add mustard seeds, hing and then add curry leaves and green chilli and temper khandvi. Garnish with lettuce, carrots and cherry tomato

My Tip:

You can cut khandvi in any shape of your choice
