Ingredients to make Shahi tukra


Bread slices 4


Rabri half cup


Strawberries half cup chopped


Sugar 1tbs


Nuts [cashew nuts, Almonds, or any nuts of your choice for garnishing]


Ghee for fry bread


Whip Cream half cup


Saffron sprigs


How to make Shahi tukra

First we cut bread in roundels and fry in ghee till golden color. In a pan we add strawberries with sugar and cook them till soft. Turn from heat and let it cool. Take 1 spoon milk and soak saffron in it.


Whip the cream until fluffy enough and then fold it into the rabdi. . Add soaked saffron. Put this cream mix in a piping bag with star nozzle.



Meanwhile make puree of strawberries in mixer. Now we are ready for assembling them. Take a serving dish and put bread .Spread some rabri on it and pour strawberry sauce on it. Then pipe some cream on it and garnish with nuts.
