Oats idli

Ingredients---

1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup urad daal flour
1/2 cup oats flour
Salt as per taste
1 tsp baking soda
1 sachet of eno

Method----

Take all flours in a bowl
Add 2.5 cup water
And whisk finely to avoid lumps
Add salt and keep 30 min.to set
Grease idli moulds and pour battar in moulds
Cook in steamer for 20 min
Let them cool a little
Demould and serve with sambhar and coconut chutney
