Ingredients to make Cheesy peas bruchetta

4 slices of bread Garlic loaf


1 cup boiled Peas


2 tbsp Butter


4 Garlic cloves


1 green chiili fine chop


4 cubes cheese


Parsley


Salt


Pepper


Ganoa spice


How to make Cheesy peas bruchetta

Heat a tawa or in ovan roast loaf slices


Crush peas and garlic


Melt butter and add garlic , and salt,


Mix finely


Take butter in pan and roast crushed peas


Add salt pepper and spice


Now spread garlic butter on roasted slices


Add peas over it


Take slight butter in pan and toss cherry tomato


Sprinkle little salt


Be careful while using salt because you have to adjust it on the whole


Now grate cheese on peas masala and top with cherry tomato


Now cook on tawa on low flame till cheese melt or in ovan


Serve hot
