Hare Bhare Kabab | How to make Hare Bhare Kabab
Ingredients to make Hare Bhare Kabab
2 medium sized or 8 baby Potatoesboiled
1 cup Peas paste
1 cup Palak paste
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 green chilies finely chopped
2 cup bread crumbs
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam Masala
1 tbsp Lemon juice
6 Cashews
Oil for frying
How to make Hare Bhare Kabab
Mash the potatoes in a bowl
Add spinach and peas paste to the potatoes and mix well
Add ginger garlic paste , lemon juice,spices, salt and green chilies to the mixture
And bread crumb and mix well
Makes kababs from the mixture and insert a cashew at the centre of each kabab
Deep fry the kababs until golden brown
Serve hot with sauce and mayo
