Kadhai paneer

Ingredients---

1 cup paneer cubes
1 cup bell pepper cubes
1 cup onion cubes
1 cup chopped tomatoes
4 garlic clove
2 tbsp ghee
For grinded masala---
1 bay leaf
1 whole red chilli
5 peppercorns
1 tsp saunf
1 tsp whole coriander seeds
For vegetable--
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp coriander seeds
Salt to taste
1 inch chopped ginger
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp Kapoor methi
1 tsp garam masala
Coriander leaves

Method---

Roast whole masala for grinded masala and make powder set aside
Heat pan and add ghee
Add red chilli,jeera and coriander seeds
Add tomato and cook till mushy
Add grinded powder
Add ginger and garlic
When tomato cook add red chilli powder and bell pepper
Cook a little add onion cubes
And lastly add paneer cubes
Add mix all of them
And add garam masala,kasoori methi and coriander leaves
Serve with paratha or roti
