Masala shezwan idli

Ingredients--

1 cup idli batter
1 beetroot puree
Salt as per taste
1 tsp ginger chilli paste
1 enough sachet
For shezwan tadka---
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp urad daal
1 tbsp chana daal
1 tbsp sesame seeds
10 curry leaves
4 green chillies
2 tbsp shezwan chutney
Coriander leaves

Method--

Take batter and add all ingredients
Lastly add eno sachet and 1 tbsp water
Mix finely and fill in greased idli moulds
Cook in steamer for 20 min.
Let them cool and demould
Make tadka---
Heat oil and add raisins,urad daal and chana daal
Roast them add curry leaves and sesame seeds
Add shezwan chutney and mix
Add 4 tbsp water and red chilli powder and lemon juice
And dip idli in this mixture
Serve these yummy slices with chutney.
