Ingredients to make Peas burfi

1 cup boiled Peas


1 cup mava


4 tbsp Sugar


2 tbsp Ghee


cardmon powder


Chopped Almonds


Silver foil for garnishing


How to make Peas burfi

Take boiled peas and make paste


Don't make fine paste little bite we need


Grate mava


Take a pan add ghee and peas paste


Cook this paste on low flame


Take another pan and roast grated mava


On other side when peas cooked add mava


Mix them and cook


When cooked add sugar and Car donon powder


Mix them and cook till sugar melt


Off flame and transfer in greased tray


Spread evenly


Take silver foil and garnish burfi with foil


Spread almonds and slightly press almonds


Leave it for cool


Keep in freeze for 2 hours and cut burfy


Serve your guest and enjoy
