Peas stuffed ragi parantha | How to make Peas stuffed ragi parantha





Ingredients to make Peas stuffed ragi parantha

1/2 cup ragi Flour


1/2 cupp Water


1/2 tsp Salt


Butter /ghee/oil for parantha


For stuffing----


1 cup boiled peas


1 green Chilli


1 tsp Ginger paste


5 Curry Leaves


Coriander leaves


1 tsp Oil


1 tsp Mustard Seeds


1 tsp Fennel Seeds


Salt as per taste


2 tsp Lemon juice


How to make Peas stuffed ragi parantha

Heat water and add salt and 1 tsp oil


When it boils add ragi flour


Mix it finely in water with spactula


Cover it and keep it 5 min on gas


And take on work place



Little cool down then make dough with palm.


Cover for 10 min.


Grind boil peas,green chilli,curry leaves in mixi coarsly


Heat pan and add oil


Then add mustard seeds and fennel seeds


Then add peas mix and stir it till cooked



Then add salt and lemon juice


Now devide ragi dough in equal parts and make balls


Take a plastic sheet and roll one ball


Cut it with any container lid in round


Make one more like this of same size


Then spread peas filling on one part


Cover with another part and seal it with water from sidings



Prick it with fork also


Now heat tawa and cook it


Add ghee, oil or butter and cook from both side


Our ragi parantha is ready


Serve with curd or pickle
