#RedVelvet Strawberry cheesecake

INGREDIENTS--

1Packet digestive biscuit
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup curd
2 tsp agar agar powder
1/2 tsp powder sugar
1/2 tsp cream
10 strawberries
1 cup Whipped cream
2 tbsp red velvet cake crumb
Sprinklers

Method--

In a zip lock take biscuits and with a rolling pin crush them in powder
Add melted butter and mix butter in biscuit
Take a loose bottom pan and transfer this mixture in it
Press with fork in bottom of pan and keep mould in freeze for half an hour
Till then take cream cheese in a bowl and whisk it till creamy
Add curd and again whisk
Heat cream and sugar in pan and add agar agar powder
Boil it till mix become thick
Then mix it in cream cheese mix
Chop strawberries  from cente
And arrange them in mould upon crumb layer
Then pour filling in mould carefully
Keep again in freeze for 7-8 hours to set
Then take it out from freeze and unmold it
Pipe  cream upon it
In center sprinkle red velvet cake crumb
Garnish with sprinkles
Serve to your beloved and enjoy
