1/2 cup Suji1.5 cup Water1 boil Potato1 green Chilli1 tbsp Oil1 tsp Salt1 tsp chaat Masala1/2 tsp Haldi1 tsp Ginger garlic paste1 tsp Jeera2 tsp Cornflour1 tsp red Chilli flakesCoriander leavesOil for frying

How to make Suji cutlets

Take a pan add suji

Stir it and roast it

Add water and stir it

As it start to begin thick add oil

Mix it and cover for 3-4 min.

It all come together cool a little

Grate boil potato

Add potato,chilli and ginger garlic paste

Add spices and mix

Lastly add flakes and coriander leaves

Grease a tray and transfer all mixture in tray

Spread evenly

And keep in Freeze

At the time of serving cut them in desired shapes

Heat oil and fry

Serve with sauce
