Steamed veg momos | How to make Steamed veg momos




Ingredients to make Steamed veg momos


1 cup Flour


1 tsp Salt


Water


For filling----


1/2 cup fine chop Onion


4 Cloves of minced garlic


1 tsp Ginger paste


1/2 cup fine chop Cabbage


1/2 cup grated Carrot


1/2 cup fine chop french beans


1 tbsp fine chop Capsicum


1 green Chilli


1 tsp Salt


1 tsp Pepper


1 tbsp soya sauce


1 tbsp Tomato sauce


1 tsp Chilli sauce


1 tsp Oil


Garlic chutney for serving


Coriander leaves


How to make Steamed veg momos

First take flour and salt in a bowl


Mix and with water make a soft dough


Heat pan and add oil


Add garlic and onion


Saute them


Then add beans and cook a little


Then add capsicum


Now add carrot and cabbage


Add coriander leaves


Cook on slow flame for 5 min.


Add salt and pepper


Now add sauces one by one


Mix all of them finely


Let it cool


Now take dough and devide it into equal parts


Make a ball and roll it thin


Put filling in center or lengthwise


And seal edges by sticking with each other


Give shape as desired


Prepare all momos


Grease steamer tray


Take steamer and steam them for 15 to 20 min.


Turn off gas and serve hot


With garlic chutney
