Idli pizza

Ingredients---
1 cup idli battar
2 tbsp palak puree
2 tbsp beet puree
1 tsp Salt
3 tbsp pizza sauce
1 tbsp mushrooms
1 tbsp onion
3 tbsp all three bell peppers
5 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp crumbled paneer
3 tbsp grated cheese
Flakes
Oregano
Pepper powder
Method--
Devide idli battar in two parts
And add beet puree in one part
And palak puree in second part
Add salt and mix
Grease idli mould and pour battar in moulds
Cook all idlies in steamer for 20 min.
Then cool some time
Cut horizontal
Arrange in baking tray
Add pizza sauce and grate cheese upon all idlies
Top with vegetables
Sprinkle pepper,flakes and oregano
Bake gor 10 min.at 180 degree
Serve hot
