Kaanji bada

Ingredients---
1 cup soaked yellow moong daal
2 tbsp wheat flour
Pinch of hing
1 tbsp chop ginger
1 green chilli
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi
Coriander leaves
Oil for frying bada
4 liter water
1 tbsp mustard powder
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
Method---
Add moong daal ,ginger and chilli in mixi.
And grind coarsely
Take it in bowl add flour and whisk
Add spices
Heat oil and make bada in medium hot oil
Take water in bowl and soak bada for 1 an hour
Take 4 liter water in a bowl
And add mustard powder, salt,red chilli powder
Remove bada from water and press lightly in palms
A d add in prepared water
Leave it as it is for 24 hours to fermant
Then enjoy
