Ingredients to make Palak beet carrot paneer roll with mayo and salad
2 1/4 cup Wheat FlourSalt as per taste1/2 cuo beet puree1/4 cup Palak puree2 tbsp Carrot puree2 tsp Oil1 cup Paneer cubes1 cup all three colour bell Pepperchopped in squares1 cup Onion squares2 tsp Ginger garlic pasteSalt as per taste1/2 tsp haldi powder for Carrot doughCoriander leaves1 tbsp Oil1 tsp JeeraPinch of Hing1 tbsp Chilli sauce1 tsp garam Masala1 tsp chaat Masala1 Lemon juiceGreen chutneyMayoCartot and raddish salad
How to make Palak beet carrot paneer roll with mayo and salad
Take 1 cup of flour and add beet puree,salt and oil
Add required water and make a dough
Take 3/4 cup flour and add palak puree,salt oil and make a dough
Then lastly take 1/2 cup of flour and add carrot puree,salt,oil and haldi and make dough
Take carrot dough and make Roll with your palm
Now take palak dough and make roll same size of carrot roll
Now roll down it a little fir put carrot roll in it and wrapped it with palak roll
Lastly roll down beet dough more then palak dough and put previous roll in it and cover it finely
Now cut this roll in small parts
Press a little and make thin tortia
Heat oil in pan add jeera,hing and onion
Saute and add bell peppers
Cook a little and add paneer
Add all spices and sauce
Our filling is ready
Now take a torta and spread green chutney on it
Then add filling lengthwise
Make tight roll
Fizzle mayo and serve with salad
Garnish with coriander leaves
