Ingredients to make Potato gnocchi in Two flavours


1 cup boiled Potato


1/4 cup Flour


Pepper


Salt


1 tbsp Oil


For pesto ---


1 cup basil leaves


1/4 cup pamesaan cheese


1/4 cup Kaju


6-7garlic Cloves


Olive Oil


Salt


Pepper


Tomato sauce----


1 cup Tomato paste


Salt


Pepper


Flakes


Italian herbs genoa


Cheese and basil leaves for topping


Lettuce leaves for garnishing


How to make Potato gnocchi in two flavours


Take boiled potato and mash them


Take a chhalni and sieve potato


We get smooth silky paste


Add flour salt and pepper in potato


Mix all of them with light hand


Make a dough and devide in parts


Take oil in palm and all of parts


Take a knife and cut in small parts


Give them shape and lightly prick with fork to form design


Heat water in a vessel


Add oil and salt in water


As water start to boil add gnocchi


As it cooks it will come upside then remove from hot water


Now for making pesto add all ingredents in mixi


Make a smooth sauce


Heat butter in pan and add pesto


Cook it by stirring add some water


When cooked add half gnocchi in it


Toss pan to coat pesto finely


Now take pan add butter


And add tomato paste


Cook it and add all spices. Add gnocchi and toss pan to coat it in the sauce.


Take lettuce in plate grate cheese. And sprinkle some italian herbs and basil leaves
