#Maggi balls in manchurian gravy

This is a fantastic recipe because while we use all packs of maggi some crushed maggi always left behind.This recipe is ultimate to use this remaining  maggi and also tastes wonderfully yummy.

Ingredients--

2 cup crushed maggi
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp rice flour
Salt as per taste
1 tsp ginger paste
4 cloves of minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Ciba kitchen king masala
1 sachet of maggi masala
1 cup red,yellow and green bell peppers
2 tbsp spring onion green
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp green chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp shezwan  sauce
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp cornflour mix in 1 tbsp water

Method--

Boil water and add maggi
Cook it till water evaporate then turn off gas
Add cornflour and rice flour
Add salt kitchen king masala and maggi masala
Mix all of them
Dip fingers in water and make balls of maggi
Heat oil and fry them
Now heat olive oil in pan
Add ginger and minced garlic cook it
Then add all 3 bell peppers
Cook a little and add all sauces
Add salt and red chilli powder
Mix all of them and add 1/2 cup water
Mix finely then add cornflour mix water
Add pepper powder and spring onion green
Serve hot.
