1/2 tsp Salt

Oil for greasing

6 pieces of Corn


8-10 Basil leaves


2 tbsp Mozzarella cheese, grated


Salt to taste


1 tsp Oregano


1 tsp red chili flakes


1/2 beaten Egg for glaze

ADD FLOUR IN A BOWL



ADD SALT



ADD EGG



MAKE A WELL AND ADD YEAST



MIX WELL



KNEAD FOR 5 MINUTES TO FORM SMOOTH DOUGH



ADD BUTTER AND KNEAD AGAIN



COAT DOUGH WITH OIL.



DIVIDE DOUGH INTO 6 EQUAL PORTIONS



GREASE BAKING TRAY. SHAPE EACH PORTION INTO BALLS



PRESS GLASS AT CENTER OF BALL



FILL CHEESE IN CENTER



ADD CAPSICUM ON TOP



ADD TOMATO



ADD PANEER CUBES



AND OLIVES AND CORN



SPRINKLE SALT ON TOP



SPRINKLE OREGANO



SPRINKLE RED CHILI FLAKES



NOW ADD BASIL LEAF



BRUSH TOPS WITH BEATEN EGG



BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREE FOR 20 MIN.



GARNISH WITH BASIL. SERVE WARM
