Moringa methi muthiya
Ingredients--
1/2 cup besan
1/2 cup oats flour
1/2 cup methi leaves
1 tsp moringa powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 green chilli
2 tbsp curd
1 tsp oil
Salt as per taste
1tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 tsp sesame seeds
For tadka---
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
Pinch of hing
5-7 curry leaves
Green chilli (optional)
Sesame seeds
Coriander leaves
Method--
Add all given ingredients in a bowl
Wash methi finely and add and make dough
Devide in equal parts
Roll them like cylinder
Cook in steamer for 20 min in a greased tray
When cooked let them cool
Make tadka with given ingredients
Cut rolls in small pieces
Add them in tadka just fry them in tadka by stirring
Serve hot
