Ingredients to make Tiny suji mexican bites


1/2 cup suji


1 large boiled Potato


1/2 cup Buttermilk


Coriander leaves


1 tsp Salt


1 tsp Chilli flakes


Oil for frying


Topping---


1 tbsp Butter


1/4 cup chop Onion


1/4 cup green Capsicum


1/4 cup boiled corn


1/2 tsp Ginger paste


Salt as per taste


1 tbsp salsa sauce


1 tbsp Tomato sauce


For cheese sauce--


2 slices of cheese


2 tbsp Milk


Pinch of Pepper


1 tsp salsa sauce for garnish


Coriander leaves


Onion rings


How to make Tiny suji mexican bites

Heat pan add butter


Roast suji


Add buttermilk and stir


Mix finely till become thick


Then turn off gas and cool


Then add boiled mashed potato


Mix salt, flakes and coriander leaves


Mix and make like dough


Take plastic sheet ot baking sheet and roll down


Cut in desired shape


Heat oil and fry them


Heat butter in pan add onion and saute


Then add capsicum and cook


Add corn and flour


Cook little


Add milk and salt and cook


Lastly add salsa sauce and tomato sauce


Mix them and our topping is ready


Cheese sauce---


Heat a pan add cheese and milk


Stir continuously till cheese melt


Mix finely add little pepper


Now serving--


At the time of serving take suji round and top with filling


Add cheese sauce upon it


Then salsa sauce or schezwan sauce


Garnish with coriander leaves and onion rings


My Tip:

Can cut in desired shapes
