Eggless milk powder cake with mirror glaze icing

Ingredients--

1 cup Milk
1/2 cup milk powder
1/2 cup powder sugar
100 gram butter
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Vinegar

For mirror  glaze---

1 tbsp agar agar powder
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup coco powder
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup whip cream

Method--

Take 1/2 cup milk and add vinegar
Preheat ovan at 180 degree for 10 min.
Take butter in bowl sugar and whisk
till creamy
Grease cake mould
Add vinegar milk and milk powder mix all of them
Sieve flour and add baking soda and baking powder
Then add flour mix in it and add milk gradually
Whisk finely  and transfer mix in mould
Tap it remove air
Bake it for 30 min.at 180 degree
When it baked let it cool and then demould

Mirror glaze icing---

Add agar agar and water and mix well and set aside for 5 min.
In a bowl add sugar and coco powder mix them and add gelatine water and  whip cream
Mix till combined on low heat bring the mix to a boil
When bubbles starts turn off gas
Transfer mix in glass container and cool it until reaches 35 degree c.
Pour it on cake let the choclate drips until it stops
Clean drips with spatula and refrigerate  for 1-2 hours
Then as you desire decorate with whip cream
