Ingredients to make Nawabi tofu curry
1 cup tofu cut in cubes
1 large Onion
7 Cashews
7 Almonds
2 tbsp Soaked Poppy Seeds
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
4-5 Green Chilly
1/2 cup Curd
Salt as per taste
2 tsp Pepper powder
1 cup milk
1 tsp Saffron syrup or Saffron sprigs soaked in milk
1 tbsp kasoori Methi
1 tbsp Ghee
1tsp Oil
1 tsp Jeera
2 Cloves
2 cardmon
1 bayleaf
1 chakri phool
1/2 tsp cinnemon powder
How to make Nawabi tofu curry
CHOP ONION IN BIG PIECES AND WASH
ADD IN MIXI AND MAKE PASTE OF ONION AND ALSO MAKE PASTE OF CASHEW, ALMOND AND POPPY SEEDS
HEAT GHEE IN PAN AND ADD OIL
ADD JEERA AND BAY LEAF
CLOVES,CARDMON AND CHAKRI PHOOL
WHEN THEY SPLUTTER ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE
ROAST IT AND ADD ONION PASTE
ADD GREEN CHILLI AND COOK ONION PASTE
NOW ADD CASHEW ALMOND PASTE AND MIX IN ONION PASTE AND COOK
LET IT COOK ADD CURD
MIX AND STIR
COOK FOR 2-3 MIN.
ADD SALT AND PEPPER
MIX AND ADD MILK
COOK AND ADD SAFFRON
MIX IT IN GRAVY
RUB KASOORI METHI IN PALM AND ADD
FINALLY ADD TOFU CUBES AND COOK FOR 3-4 MIN LET IT MIX IN GRAVY
WHEN BOIL COME TURN OFF GAS
SERVE HOT
WITH NAAN OR ROTI
