Paneer vegetable in green gravy
Ingredients----
1 cup paneer cubes
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
1 chopped onion
6 Garlic cloves
Green chilli to raste
1 large tomato chopped
1/2 cup methi leaves
1/2 cup peas
1 tsp garam masala
1 /2 cup cream
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tomato for garnish
Method---
Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan
Chop paneer in cubes
And shallow fry in oil from all sides
Heat butter in pan and add garlic onion,chilli and tomato
Add salt,haldi and peas and methi
Cover and cook till soft
Turn off gas and let it cool
Then make paste of it
Now heat oil in pan add garam masala and grinded paste
Add little water and paneer
Cover and cook till paneer become soft
Add cream and mix finely
Now transfer in bowl and garnish with cream and tomato
Serve with rice or parantha
