Ingredients to make Baked Cheesecake

For crust- 7 tbs crushed Marie biscuit1tbsp Sugar4 tbsp melted ButterFor filling - 1 1/2 cups grated Paneer1tbsp hung Curd1 Pinch Baking Soda1 pinch Nutmeg powder1/4 can condensed milk1/4 cup RaisinsFor decoration-Icing SugarChocolate shavings

How to make Baked Cheesecake

Crust- Mix biscuit butter and sugar. Press it in mould and keep in the freeze.

Filling- In a bowl take paneer,curd soda nutmeg and 1tbsp water and whisk well. add milkmaid and raisins. Pour this filling on crust-. And bake for 9minutes on 180 degree C in an oven

Garnish with icing sugar and chocolate shavings

Serve

Garnish with icing sugar and grated chocolate.
