How to make Veggie healthy tart

Take flour and butter, rub butter in flour, then add salt and knead a dough. Rest it for 10 min.

Then roll it and set in pie mould and bake for ten min at 180 degree celsius. Meanwhile chop all the vegetables. Chop them in small cubes boil spinach and corn.

Then prepare white sauce [store bought white sauce also can be used]. Cool it .Then add cream, salt and pepper in it.

Take tarts and put all veggies in it and pour cream mix upon it. Sprinkle grated cheese over it and sprinkle flakes and oregano. Top with half cut cherry tomato and bake it for 15 - 20 min at 180 degree celsius.

My Tip:

We can add egg in the dough.
