Fruit cream
Ingredients--
1 cup hung curd
1/2 cup amul cream
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
Chopped fruits and nuts as desire
Method--
Take curd in bowl add cream and whisk finely
As it become creamy add milk and sugar
Mix all of them
Add chopped fruits and nuts
Mix them and keep in freeze
It will thicken then serve cold
Garnish with fruits and nuts
