Paneer pie
Ingredients--
1 cup maida
2.tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
For filling----
1/2 cup Paneer( crumbled)
1/2 cup pyaaz
1 green chilli
1 inch ginger
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
Salt as per taste
Pepper
Coriander leaves
Method--
Take flour in bowl add salt
Add oil and rub in flour
Then add required water and make dough
For filling----
Heat oil add jeera
Then add pyaaz and saute
Add ginger and chilli
Cook a little and add paneer
Add all spices and mix all of them
Add coriander leaves our filling is ready
Now devide flour in two parts
And roll down 1 part in 1/4 inch thickness
Cut in small rounds with cookie cutter
Now take one part and add filling in center
Level it be careful leaves edges empty
Apply water on edges and cover with other round
Seal all edges and prick with fork
Prepare all pies like that and arrange in baking tray
Now preheat ovan for 10 min.
Give milk wash to all prepared pies
And bake them for 15 to 20 min.at 180 degree
