Cream of mushroom

Ingredients--

7_8 mushrooms
4 garlic cloves
1/2 cup onion
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp cornflour
1 cup milk
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
Parsley for garnish

Method--

Heat butter add garlic and cook
Now add onion and saute
Wash Mushrooms  finely and  chop
Add mushrooms  and half cup water in pan
Cover and cook till soft
Turn off gas ..Let it cool
Blend in mixi and sieve
Transfer it again in pan and give a boil
Mix cornflour  in 1 tbsp milk and add in soup
Cook till little thick
Our soup is ready to serve
Garnish with parsley and cream
Add milk salt and pepper
