Nachos parantha

Ingredients--

For dough---

1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup oats flour
1/2Salt

Filling---

1 cup crushed nachos
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp ginger
4 cloves of garlic clove
1 green chilli chopped
Coriander leaves
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chaat masala

For topping--

2 tbsp lemon juice
Red chilli powder(optional)
Chopped spring onion

Method--

Add all ingredients  in a bowl and make a dough
Cover it for 20 min.till make filling

Filling---

Take nachos and veggies in bowl
Add all spices and lemon juice
Mix all of them

Preparation--

Roll down dough and cut small rounds with cutter
In one parantha we need two rounds
Take one round and brush water upon it
Take filling and spread along it
Wet surface  will help to hold filling
Cover with other round
And seal all edges with fingers
Prepare all paranthas in same manner
Now heat tawa add some oil and cook parantha like other paranthas .

Serving---

Finally at the time of serving brush some lemon juice on it and sprinkle red chilli powder and chaat masala .garnish with spring onion
Serve with curd and onion salad
