Stuffed suji balls

Ingredients--

1.5 cup water
3/4 cup suji
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt 1/2 tsp

Stuffing----

1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp jeera
1/4 cup chopped onion
1tbsp chopped capsicum
1/2 cup boiled peas
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp amchur powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp garam masala

Tempering--

1 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp rai
1 tsp seasme seeds
7-8 curry leaves
Chopped green chilli
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Coriander leaves

Method--

For Balls---

Boil water and add suji,salt and ginger garlic paste
Stir and mix all of them
Cook till suji will absorb water
Then turn of gas and cover it for some time
Steam will make it full cooked.and soft

Stuffings--'

Heat oil add jeera and onion saute
Add capsicum cook a little
Then add boiled peas and all spices
Mix them and crush them
Our filling is ready
Now take suji and with palm knead it
Make dough and devide in parts
Take one part spread it add filling in center and seal from all sides like kachauri
Prepare all balls
Add water in steamer and grease a tray
Steam suji balls for 10 min.
Let them cool till make tempering

Tempering---

Heat oil add rai,meera and curry leaves
Splutter and add green chilli
Add haldi,red chilli powder
And lastly suji balls
Toss pan and let them coat in tempering
Garnish with sesame seeds and coriander leaves
Serve hot
