Potato souffle

Ingredients--

1 big boiled potato
1 egg
1/3 cup pamesaan cheese
1 tbsp cheddar cheese
Salt
Pepper powder
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp butter
Peprika powder
Parsley

Method--

Mash boil potato
Separate egg yolk
Beat egg white till frothy
Heat milk and butter
Till then add all ingredients in potato
Mix finely add egg white and yolk in potato
Lastly add milk butter mix in it
Grease remakins with butter and dust bread crumbs
Preheat ovan transfer mix in remakins 
Sprinkle peprika upon it and bake for 15 to 20 min.
Serve hot.
